Tuesday 15th January
16.00-19.00 Pick up Participants from the Airport.
19.30-22.00 Dinner, close to the hostel/hotel.
22.00-01.00 Partying at a nightclub/bar. Waking up early the next day.
Wednesday 16th January
Conference and social projects are optional free activities as the city tours
8.00-9.00 Breakfast included in the accommodation.
9.00-11.30 Copenhagen Tour (city center) by a Rotarian.
11.30-12.30 Lunch, city center.
13.00-15.00 Conference about Future Competencies with COWI host by Thomas Hall
(VP People & Communication). Limited spots.
16.00-18.00 Social Project to choose from: limited spots.
Homeless Connect Spend an afternoon with Homeless people.
TKMP Spend an afternoon with refugee kids
Skt. Lukas Hospice Spend an afternoon with terminally ill kids making them feel like superheroes.
18.00-19.30 Free time. Getting ready for dinner.
19.30-22.00 Dinner, close to the city center.
22.00-03.00 Partying at a nightclub/bar.
Thursday 17th January
9.00-11.00 Kitchen Breakfast Activity. We will use the kitchen from the hostel and we can create an activity with the Participants. Where everyone cooks something from their own country.
11.00-14.00 Copenhagen Tour (Vesterbro and Christiania)
14.00-16.00 Late lunch/brunch close to the train Station.
16.00 Transfer to REM
